Either way, one shouldn't really worry about their circumstances...within reason of course...and do their best to create a positive change:)

Namaste to you brother!

CyrusAutoDThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15602114296433167172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4157841036715588385.post-41517388086474220222009-09-23T22:52:41.375+05:302009-09-23T22:52:41.375+05:30Nice post! I believe that the community, and the environment we grow up in influences how deal with disabilities and challenges (D&C).

Certainly when we are grown we have a choice in how we choose to allow D&C to impact, inform and transform our lives. like the title of this entry.....will we choose to see the glass as half empty or as half full.

great entry, enjoy the rest of your week.Rhapsody Phoenixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03520384490148575528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4157841036715588385.post-23396255393321716362009-09-23T09:36:04.758+05:302009-09-23T09:36:04.758+05:30This comment has been removed by the author.Rhapsody Phoenixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03520384490148575528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4157841036715588385.post-35995663790080334262009-09-22T16:28:38.627+05:302009-09-22T16:28:38.627+05:30Vish ... beautiful piece & good food for thoug...Vish ... beautiful piece & good food for thought.

In continuation of your thoughts, it all boils down to one's view point on various aspects of life and the happenings around us. And, the way one looks at the half full cup of water determines whether he is an optimist or a pessimist ... a third dimension is the person who looks at the cup and sees both the empty & the full portions ... you might call him the realist.

Much as we would like to be realists, human beings that we are, we are swayed by the circumstances around us to be labelled as an optimist or a pessimist. The aim should be for us to be realists in most of the situations.Naags Nagarajanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11827400454370281839noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4157841036715588385.post-86275639625163112842009-09-22T13:34:01.583+05:302009-09-22T13:34:01.583+05:30Strengths and deficiencies are part of life..how w...Strengths and deficiencies are part of life..how we tackle them is important.Instead of asking if the glass is half full or half empty..we need to ask what's in it and what can we do with it..

A nice post..

TyaagiAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4157841036715588385.post-38822806255059828722009-09-22T10:42:00.659+05:302009-09-22T10:42:00.659+05:30More often than not, or rather in every case that ...More often than not, or rather in every case that I have seen, people born with disabilities take a more appreciable approach, always complimenting life for the good that it is! In reason, they are in better positions to criticize life than us.....but it is us who do that, and them, they live in complete admiration of their lives and the world itself! Quite a lesson to learn!Rakesh Vanamalihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03918768913569739758noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4157841036715588385.post-31237701850930591312009-09-22T08:26:01.346+05:302009-09-22T08:26:01.346+05:30Hi Vish,

Such inabilities are one of them.

I don't know who coined the term 'physically challenged' instead of physically retarded. But he/she is a genius I would say.

Even if we don't have physical inabilities we might have mental shorcomings like inferiority complex, superiority complex, short temper, weaknesses for desires etc.,

The question is not, 'what we are given or what we are not given.' The question is how we use, that which is given.

Thanks for sharing such wonderful thoughts!ramesh sadasivamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18120097072859277237noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4157841036715588385.post-22645010736443990772009-09-21T23:42:37.630+05:302009-09-21T23:42:37.630+05:30HI Vish,
